Implementation of A Web-Based Multi-Role Business Intelligence Dashboard for Retail Sales Monitoring at Astra Honda Cooperative

The rapid advancement of information technology has encouraged organizations to utilize data as a strategic asset to support business operations and decision-making. Retail sales management in cooperative organizations often faces challenges in monitoring sales performance due to fragmented data sources and limited access to timely information. This study aims to implement a web-based multi-role Business Intelligence dashboard for retail sales monitoring at Astra Honda Cooperative. The system was developed using the CRISP-DM framework, the Python programming language, the Streamlit framework, and a MySQL database. Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) was implemented to provide different access privileges for administrators, cashiers, and managers. The dashboard integrates sales transaction data into a centralized system and presents information through interactive visualizations to support decision-making processes. The implementation results demonstrate that the developed dashboard can facilitate sales monitoring, improve data accessibility, and support managerial decision-making through real-time and historical sales analysis. Therefore, the proposed system provides a practical Business Intelligence solution for retail sales management in cooperative environments.
